Football heartthrob Neymar made a £200m switch to PSG from Barcelona last summer and has already scored 18 league goals in Ligue 1.
But he has been consistently linked with a move to European champions Real who are having a terrible domestic season.
Los Blanco's president Florentino Perez is reportedly desperate to add Neymar to his squad, even at the expense of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Perez even taunted the 26-year-old by suggesting he would never win the Ballon d'Or he craves if he stays at PSG.
But Ronaldo, who had spells with Real and their rivals Barcelona, thinks otherwise.
"He has everything to win the Ballon d'Or in Paris," he told SFR Sport at Neymar's birthday party on Sunday.
"There are clubs that I would have liked to play at. One of the main ones is PSG.
"I have come many times to Paris, my life has been so many times in this city that I feel Parisian, but I never had this opportunity.
"I never had a proposal, I played in great European clubs but my career only took me to Italy, Spain and Holland."
Madrid will have to stop Kylian Mbappe, as well as Neymar, in their upcoming Champions League tie with PSG.
Ronaldo says the France international reminds him of himself.
"He looks like me," Ronaldo said of the 19-year-old.
