The divorce of superstar Shakib Khan and actress Apu Biswas is set to be declared effective on February 22, three moths after the Dhallywood heartthrob sent a divorce notice to his wife Apu.

The notice was issued on November 22 last year and as per the Muslim law, divorce takes effect after 90 days or three months of the issuance of the notice.

Shakib Khan is currently busy with the shooting of his upcoming movie "Superhero" in Australia. He will return home on February 17 and then will travel to India and Scotland for the shooting of the film.

On the other hand, Apu, who never wanted the separation, has converted her attention towards her career. She has signed two new films as well.

Regarding the parenting of their son Abram Khan, Shakib earlier told Media that he will give Tk100,000 to Apu Biswas every month as the regular maintenance cost of his son.

He also said he will pay Apu Tk700,000 denmohor once the divorce notice takes effect.

Apu Biswas tried several times to settle the issue with Shakib. However, Shakib is determined to get separated from her.
