The flight operations at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport resumed after the dense fog once again disrupted the flight operations for nine hours on Saturday.
Flights have failed to land and take off at Shahjalal International Airport in the capital since 4am on Saturday due to poor runway visibility, according to Bangla daily Kalerkantho.
Airport sources said that the flight operations resumed at 9:58am after the disappearance of fog.
The flight operations at Dhaka airport were disrupted, affecting different schedules of domestic and international flights.
The fog was too heavy for flight operation in the area until 10am today, the sources added.
