Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) is set to lodge a case under 'Anti-Terrorism Prevention Act' over Friday's operation in capital’s Nakhalpara militant hideout.
Rab-3 Captain Lieutenant Colonel Imranul Hasan and a police source confirmed the information to Kalerkantho Bangla version.
Imranul Hasan said: “We are yet to identify three militants who were killed in the militant hideout on Thursday. However, a case will be filed under Anti-Terrorism Prevention Act with Tejgaon police station in this regard.”
Earlier on Friday, three suspected militants were killed and two members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) were injured after the law enforcers carried out a drive at a militant hideout at West Nakhalpara.
