Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina left Singapore this afternoon for home cutting short her official visit to Singapore.
A regular flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines with the premier and members of her entourage departed Changi Airport at 4 pm local time (2 pm BST).
Sheikh Hasina, who reached Singapore on Sunday on a four-day official visit, curtailed her tour for a day to stand beside the families of the victims of tragic plane crash of US-Bangla Airlines in Kathmandu yesterday (Monday).
Senior Minister of State of Singapore Dr Amy Khor and Bangladesh Ambassador to Singapore Md Mustafizur Rahman saw the prime minister off at the airport.
The flight is scheduled to reach Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 6.00 pm (local time).
