The authorities of Bangladesh Railway started selling the advance train tickets from today morning which will be continued till August 12 to ensure a hassle-free journey ahead of the Eid-ul-Azha.
Sale of return tickets will be issued from August 16-21, according to railway sources.
The holidaymakers, who wish to travel on August 17, are getting tickets today on Friday.
Meanwhile, passengers, wish to travel on August 18, 19, 20, and 21, have to collect tickets on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday respectively.
The railway authorities and members of law enforcing agencies are monitoring the process insensibly to avoid any unwanted situation.
More CCTV cameras have been installed to look after the movement of the passengers and ticket blackers.
