The investigation committee of Dhaka University (DU) has found the evidence of digital forgery in the admission test for ‘Gha’ unit which was held on Friday.
The probe body on Monday submitted the reports and recommendations to the authority concerned mentioning they found evidence of question leak through various digital media.
The committee found the resemblance of 72 leaked questions through various digital media to the admission test questions.
The committee will take legal action if they find any student got admitted to the university by forgery. The committee also proposed to reform the admission test method.
Yesterday, the DU authorities postponed the "Gha" unit admission test results following allegations of question paper leak.
The university authority formed a three-member investigation committee headed by DU Pro-VC Prof Muhammad Samad on Friday night soon after the allegations of question leak emerged.
Mohammed Samad, head of the investigation committee, said: "The university authorities took legal action in connection with the question paper leak. Six people, including an admission seeker and his father, were arrested on Saturday in connection with the incident. They were taken on a two-day remand. "
