Rangpur Riders, led by Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, thrashed Dhaka Dynamites by 57 runs in the fifth season of Bangladesh Premier League-2017 at Mirpur Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

Caribbean Miracleman Chris Gayle scored 146 runs off 69 balls smashing 18 sky-high sixes and 5 stunning boundaries in the tournament while Brendon McCullum added 51 runs off 43 balls for the Rangpur Riders.
Chasing 207-run target, the fellows of Shakib Al Hasan wrapped up when the total score was 149 on the scoreboard of Dhaka.
Jahurul Islam 50, Shakib Al Hasan 26 and Evin Lewis added 15 runs for the Dhaka Dynamites while Isuru Udana, Nazmul Islam and Sohag Gazi trapped two wickets each.
