A 48-year-old woman allegedly performed a sex act on a stranger 20 years younger than her after meeting him on a Delta plane.
The pair are accused of engaging in the X-rated act in their seats - while surrounded by families, kids and elderly passengers.
The FBI is now investigating the incident, which reportedly occurred on the flight from Los Angeles, US, to Detroit on Sunday night, reports Mirror.
The woman and the 28-year-old man, who have not been named, are said to have been total strangers before boarding the plane.
It is claimed that the female performed oral sex on the man while they were in their seats. She was later arrested.
Speaking of the alleged incident, an outraged passenger told WDIV: "The act itself is inappropriate in a public space."
Another flier claimed: "There are children. There are families. There are seniors. These things should be respected."
Following the reported encounter, the man was set to catch a connecting flight to Miami, while the woman was headed for Nashville.
They were both issued citations when the plane touched down.
WWJ Legal Analyst Charlie Langton said the citations may have possibly been for "indecent exposure", CBS Detroit reports.
Officials said the pair could face felony charges.
Earlier this year, a YouTube video emerged appearing to show a couple engaging in a sex act while onboard a Ryanair flight.
The pair seemingly took advantage of the extra space in the Emergency Exit seats as one of them allegedly performed the act on the other.
The 'Mile High Club' clip has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times.
Delta declined to comment to local media about Sunday's alleged incident.
The FBI investigation is ongoing.
