Twenty days after accepting Indian skipper Virat Kohli's fitness challenge on Twitter, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday shared his own fitness video.
Posting the video on his Twitter handle, Modi said, "Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises."
He then went on to nominate Karnataka Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy and table tennis player Manika Batra for the 'Fitness Challenge', as part of 'Hum Fit Toh India Fit' campaign started by Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore.
The Prime Minister also nominated the "entire fraternity of brave IPS officers, especially those above 40 years" to be part of the fitness challenge.
Earlier on May 22, Rathore had started the movement by nominating Virat Kohli, Hrithik Roshan, and Saina Nehwal to join in.
