First lady Melania Trump was on the ball at her husband's press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin, receiving a soccer ball President Donald Trump tossed at her for their son, Barron.
The first lady, in a bright yellow Gucci coat, sat in the front row as President Trump and Putin took questions from the press in Helsinki on Monday after their meeting.
At one point in the proceedings, Putin gave Trump a red and white soccer ball that had been used in the World Cup final.
The Russian president said it was in honor of the United States co-hosting the World Cup in 2026.
'Mr. President I'll give this ball to you and now the ball is in your court,' Putin said, handing it to Trump, according to Mailonline report.
The president held the ball up for photos and noted it would go to 12-year-old Barron Trump, who is a huge soccer fan and plays on a local Washington D.C. team.
'We do host it and we hope we do as good as a job. That's very nice. That will go to my son Barron. We have no question. In fact, Melania, here you go,' Trump said, tossing her the ball. She missed.
It bounced on the floor and was caught by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who was sitting next to the first lady in the front row. He handed it to her.

The first lady had a big grin on her face as she held it on her lap for the rest of the press conference.
When the press conference was over, she handed it to an aide on her way out of the room.
But a top Republican lawmaker warned the ball could be bugged.
'If it were me, I'd check the soccer ball for listening devices and never allow it in the White House,' wrote Senator Lindsey Graham on twitter. Graham is an expert on foreign relations.
