At least three people were killed and 12 others injured when a truck hit a battery-run auto-rickshaw in Taramon bibi area of Sadar upazila under Kurigram district today.
The incident took place around 1:30 pm.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Md Mahafujur Rahman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Sadar Police Station, confirmed the news.
